**Movie Fundraiser:

It's Kind of a Funny StoryTuesday, September 14th at Malco Town Center Theater, Rogers – as usual – 7 pm - $10 benefits Benton County Democrats. Thanks to Bill Beck. Tickets soon.

will be the featured speaker at the following meeting, on September 27, 2010.

*Regular meetings are held the 4th  Monday of every month except August and December when we  plan special events. 

Registration  begins at 11:15 a.m. with buffet lunch served at 11:30 followed by meeting at 12 noon.  Meetings are held at the Clarion Hotel & Convention  Center, 211 S. Walton, Bentonville.

The public is invited but reservations are   required for the $12 lunch, and can be made by calling Carole Westby at 876-2178 or westby@cox.net.

Thanks to the efforts of our  Web team.*,  we have launched bcdems.org as our newest “member,” into the electronic marketplace.

Our hope is to bring you important and timely information.  We solicit your trust and assistance in keeping all of our members informed.  Please use this as a tool to invite your friends and neighbors to join us, especially between now and Nov.

Benton County Democrats
Purpose:
The object of the organization shall be to promote fellowship among members and to further activities that will benefit the Democratic Party.

History:
Formerly known as the Benton County Democratic Women's Club, our organization voted at its June meeting to change the bylaws. Men were formerly associate members, and paid a lower dues assessment.  Now, women and men are equal members.
