Darrel Henschell, Canadian, spoke on Comparison between
Canadian and US health care. The February,
2010 speaker was Janine Parry, Associate Professor of
Political Science, University of Arkansas, who explained the Arkansas

Chris Knife, Director of Major Gifts for AR Youth Ranch, gave
information and statistics of Youth Ranch programs and how financial
assistance is used to care for and educate boys and girls at
several
sites across the state. Also at

Williams Democratic Woman of the Year award, presented by Mary Lee Hay,
